About Me

Hello! My name is Gina. I moved to Finland in 2009 to pursue a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering. After completing my studies, I transitioned into the fields of Consulting and Design, where I have been working ever since.

In 2019, I began exploring ways to improve my health and well-being, which led me to discover acupuncture. This journey sparked my deep interest in holistic healing and traditional medicine.

My journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) began in 2022 at Shenzhou Open University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Amsterdam, Netherlands, where I graduated as an acupuncturist, studying the fundamental principles of Chinese Medicine and its healing practices.

In the summer of 2024, I had the privilege of immersing myself and training in the rich traditions of Daoist Medicine at the Five Immortals Temple (Wu Xian Miao 五仙庙) on White Horse Mountain (Bai Ma Shan 白马山) in Wudang, China under the guidance of Master Li Xing De (Li Shifu). I was honored to become a 24th-generation lay disciple of the Pure Yang (Chun Yang 纯阳) sect branch of the Dragon Gate (Longmen 龙门) lineage of the Complete Perfection school of Wudang Daoism. This experience deepened my understanding of energy flow, longevity practices, and the integration of Daoist principles into healing.

Continuing my specialization, in 2025, I studied Cosmetic Acupuncture at the Academy of Chinese Medicine (Kiinalaisen Lääketieteen Akatemia) in Helsinki, Finland. The program focused on Mei Rong Cosmetic Treatment Techniques, a practice rooted in Chinese medicine that enhances natural beauty, skin health, and overall vitality.

I also completed an internship and apprenticeship program in Jianxi University of Chinese Medicine in Nanchang, China, where I further learn new techniques for acupuncture and heat-sensitive moxibustion.
